Scientific Games Attains Red7Mobile

Red7Mobile Acquisition

Updating the industry market this week, it has been announced that Red7Mobile has been acquired by another industry giant Scientific Games which branded the acquisition as an important milestone in company’s growth.

“The acquisition of Red7 and its highly creative and talented team is a very positive development in SG Interactive’s growth story,” Scientific Games group chief executive, interactive, Barry Cottle, said.

Under the terms of the acquisition deal, Scientific Games are provided with access to a large portfolio of mobile and interactive game titles. Red7Mobile will merge its content into Scientific Games’ existing game library and will also expand their UK retail and digital portfolio.

Red7Mobile also offers a range of sport betting solutions and the new partnership with Scientific Games will enhance the company’s reach in the sport’s side of the industry.

Mutually Beneficial Deal

Scientific Games said it will continue to support Red7Mobile’s partnership with a number of major online gaming and sports bettor operators which will be of great benefit to the parent company.

“Many of Red7’s partners are also our partners, so we truly feel this is a win-win for all of our stakeholders.”, Barry Cottle added.

Scientific Games announced it will employ all of the Red7Mobile staff in the firm’s existing site in Bristol, England.
