Scientific Games Announces New California Deal
In an important market update, the Las Vegas-headquartered manufacturer of gaming systems Scientific Games has announced the company has signed a deal to completely upgrade the Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino’s current casino management system.
The tribal casino is owned by the Picayune Rancheria of Chukchansi Indians, and under the provisions of the new deal will benefit from Scientific Games’ iView4 technology, alongside Elite Bonusing Suite marketing and loyalty program.
Upgrading Casino’s Systems
Opened for business back in 2003 and located in Coarsegold, California, the Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino has an extensive offer consisting of around 1,750 video slots and more than 30 gaming tables.
The new agreement will allow Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino to make the most out of Scientific Games’ Servizio Mobile Service Solution, enabling its employees to conduct tasks such as player registration and jackpot processing on the go.
Commenting on the latest deal, BJ Martin, General Manager for the Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino, said the casino governance had been delighted with the past performance of Scientific Games’ product and stressed they had enabled the casino to operate with a high level of efficiency and profitability.
Both Sides Satisfied
In a statement following the announcement, Martin added the casino had also chosen to enhance its system with Scientific Games’ proven marketing and customer service-focused applications that would enable it to engage and interact with customers in new and creative ways and strengthen the casino’s ability to provide a first-class customer service experience.
Bob Parente, Scientific Games’ Chief Revenue Officer, and Senior Vice-President expressed his pleasure with the decision of the Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino to upgrade its existing casino management system with the company’s innovative solutions.
Parente said Scientific Games was confident these new solutions would help to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino’s patron interactions, simplifying operations and promoting player loyalty.
