Playtech Teams Up with Captain Up

A lot of ups for Playtech as the world’s leading online casino software developer partnered with Captain Up platform to add ‘real-time’ engagement to its rich offering.

Client Retention

In effort to enhance its client-retention ability, Playtech secured a strategic partnership with Captain Up, making this retention platform a ‘Playtech Certified Partner’.

Playtech will incorporate Captain Up’s platform in its own IMS player management system as it aims towards strengthening the bond with their customers through the use of gamification, but also in game communication and social, analysis tools which feature challenges, community feeds, badges and in-app messaging among other things.

Playtech chief operating officer Shimon Akad went on to reveal that the Captain Up integration will introduce Playtech’s licensees to a broader range of technologies that are unique and that can help differentiate Playtech’s offering, as the same time enhancing the player engagement to a significantly high level.

“We have known about Captain Up for some time and we’re very pleased to be working together”, he said.

Customer Engagement

Captain Up prides its work on engaging the customer beyond ‘static interaction’ and that is exactly what Playtech are hoping to achieve through the partnership with the platform.

Captain Up are not inexperienced in retention projects as its engagement tools have already been used in retention-based projects performed for operators such as Ladbrokes and 888bingo.

Founder and chief executive at Captain Up, Uri Admon, did not hide his delight over the newly-established partnership with Playtech.
