Playtech Strengthens Cooperation with DC Comics
In a move that is guaranteed to strengthen its position as the world’s top casino content supplier, Playtech has this week signed its largest-ever, long-term, exclusive branded games content deal with Warner Bros. Consumer Products.

A year after signing its first multi-year licensing deal with the same company on behalf of DC Entertainment to produce four branded blockbusters and TV features into leading omni-channel casino games.
Casino lovers were fortunate enough to witness this deal come through during 2016 as Playtech rolled out DC Comics 1960’s Batman Classic TV Series, alongside Warner Bros’ Pictures movies Man of Steel, Green Lantern, and Superman I, Superman II.
Having risen to the challenge, Playtech have now taken their grip on a brand-new extensive catalogue which will see more iconic DC-branded content be transformed into quality casino games.
“We’ve had phenomenal feedback from our licensees based on the high-quality and calibre of the DC-branded games we rolled out in 2016. The new agreement takes this launch strategy to the next level”, Playtech CEO Mor Weizner said.
Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Suicide Squad and the upcoming action movie Justice League will be used to create branded slot, bingo and roulette games, which will be available across channels and devices.
What is more, Playtech ONE Omni-channel feature which allows players to gain access to content anywhere and at any time through a single wallet and single account across devices, the new DC Comics titles will become available more than ever for slot lovers and brand aficionados.
