Playtech Reveals The New Frankie Dettori Video Slot

Publish: 15.02.2018

The Isle of Man-based game and software developer Playtech has a real treat for all you sports fans out there, with a brand-new game suite titled Sporting Legend.

As its name suggests, the new suit pays tribute to sporting legends from various sports.

Meet The First Legend

Even better is the fact Sporting Legends will be connected to a jackpot system spanning across the entire Playtech network, offering players the possibility to win a total of three jackpots. And while the main one will be awarded randomly, two other jackpots, though smaller in size, will be awarded on a daily and a weekly basis, respectively.

The series will kick-off with a game dedicated to Frankie Dettori, dedicated to the Italian horse racing jockey who managed to will all seven races at British Champions’ Day, back in 1996.

Playtech’s latest addition to its portfolio of games debuted on this year’s ICE Totally Gaming on February 6, and according to available information, it should hit the market on March 1, as a perfect prelude to the annually-held Cheltenham horse racing festival, whose 2018 edition will take place from March 13 – 16.

A Total Of Three Games To Be Launched

Players can look forward to several promotions running until March 22, with a total of $246,760 in prize draws on a weekly basis, while all punters will have the chance to win a double jackpot.

Apart from the new Frankie Dettori slot, another two games will join the Sporting Legends series in the following months. One of the new arrivals will be dedicated to Ronnie O’Sullivan, one of the greatest snooker players of all time, while the final game of the series will be launched before the start of the FIFA World Cup, bringing some of the biggest football stars straight to the reels.

Commenting on the launch of the new series, Playtech’s Chief Operating Officer Shimon Akada said he was excited to see the first game launched, and added he was certain the Sporting Legends suit would be well received by the players around the globe.
