Playtech and GVC Join Forces to Launch a New Live Casino Studio

One of the leading names in the gambling business, Playtech, has just announced the signing of an important new agreement with the renowned operator GVC Holdings.

Under the provisions of this deal, the two sides will jointly launch a brand-new dedicated Live Casino studio.

Taking the Partnership to a Whole New Level

 This studio, called the Elevation Live Casino will be launched in phases over the next two months, while its inception will be accompanied by a marketing campaign whose details have been revealed in a release posted on Playtech’s website.

Once it goes live, Elevation will offer a total of 5 blackjack tables and a roulette wheel studio, while the offering will be expanded in the next couple of weeks with additional Live Casino versions of popular table games.

Speaking about its new studio, Playtech said it would include a vast video wall “creating a backdrop of a fully immersive skyline”. The renowned operator pointed out that Elevation Live Casino was designed to be a true visual spectacle for players, adding it would bring an unforgettable experience to life across many brands owned and operated by GVC.

The latest move is part of the new long-term agreement which was signed between Playtech and GVC earlier this year. Playtech agreed to provide its technology and content across gaming and sports betting brands part of the GVC family. 

Only a couple of months after this, GVC announced that Playtech’s online gaming content was successfully launched across several of its brands, including bwin, partypoker, PartyCasino, and Sportingbet.

Delivering More Innovative Experience

Commenting on the latest move, Shimon Akad, Chief Operating Officer at Playtech said that as the parent company behind some of the most iconic brands in online gambling, GVC had been a keen partner for his company for many years, and added they were delighted to be extending that partnership with the development of Elevation Live Casino. 

Akad went on to say they had significantly invested in their new Casino technology and facilities in recent years, in addition to continually diversifying the company’s content. He pointed out they had done more than ever to enhance their product, so it seemed only fitting to be working with an industry leader to deliver an ever-more innovative live experience. 

Playtech has been very busy so far this year, launching a number of new additions to its Live Casino offering, and increasing its presence in many new markets around the world. The third quarter of 2019 saw the company debut in the Spanish market, while the list of new releases includes Quantum Roulette, American Roulette, All Bets Blackjack, the revamped Hi-Lo Club, and Heads Up Hold’em.
