Montreal-based global multimedia entertainment service, Playster will enrich its content with over 165 episodes of children’s TV content including famous brands as Franny’s Feet, Bo On the GO!, In the Night Garden, all brands of another Canadian company – DHX Media a leading media production and broadcasting company.

Children’s Content Added

Playster’s extensive library of audiobooks, ebooks, music movie and games will be boosted by the globally popular children’s brands and characters and it will all be free to try for the first 30 days.

Playster is a subscription-based service that offers the users the access to all-in-one multimedia content from a single account, with the possibility to choose between several subscription options. The users can sign up for a bundle of books, audiobooks, movies, music and games at the price of $24.95, while they can also opt for subscribing for specific content, which is, naturally, cheaper. Whatever the choice may be there is a free 30-day trial period during which the users can access all content.

The service includes millions of titles and this April, thanks to the deal signed with DHX Media they will add children’s content to their media library. As it was announced in the press release, Playster will add over 165 episodes of famous children’s TV Shows and brands. Popular preschool titles such as Franny’s Feet, a series about a girl who travels on adventures with shoes found at her grandfather’s shoe repair shop or Bo On the GO! about an energetic young girl and her dragon getting into all kinds of adventures. Other titles DHX Media is famous for are Teletubbies, Animal Mechanics and many more. These additions will surely attract a more diverse range of customers to Playster, even more so as they already feature a family plan where the users can add another account at a discount of over 50%.

Cross-Platform Options

Playster content can be accessed on any device that has internet connection, which means that all platforms and operating systems are supported. However, the unlimited content offered by the service cannot be downloaded, it can only be streamed.

There is also a special offer for US users, who can get HD tablet and headphones if they sign up for a 12-month subscription.
