Play'n GO Nominated for Several Prestigious Industry Awards
The company’s efforts and hard work have been recognized by their peers, as Play’n GO has been recently nominated for two prestigious industry awards.
Digital Product of the Year
The renowned developer has been named as one of the nominees at the 2019 Global Gaming Awards or GGA. Held for the sixth time in a row, this event recognizes the strongest performers in the industry over a period of twelve months.
Play’n GO has been shortlisted for Digital Product of the Year for their OMNY gaming solution. Launched at ICE Totally Gaming last year, this server-based flexible solution offers seamless multichannel gameplay for operators and their customers.
If the company manages to scoop this prizes at the GGA, it would represent yet another great achievement. So far, this has been a very successful year for Play’n GO who has won several important awards, including the one for the Slot Provider of the year at the International Gaming Awards – for the third straight year!
Commenting on the nomination, Johan Tornqvist, Chief Executive Officer at Play’n GO said it had been such a successful year for the company already this year, while these awards represented another positive and a sign to the rest of the industry that we were not slowing down. He added that everyone had worked so hard to make this a great year for the firm, to be nominated was an amazing symbol for Play’n GO as a company.
Tornqvist further said they would continue to produce high-quality content and products for use in the market, and added the company would continue to grow and flourish as a business due to its values and innovative way of approaching.
The recipients of this prestigious will be announced at the ceremony that will be held on Monday, October 14 in Las Vegas.
Three Nominations at the 2019 EGR Italy Awards
Play’n GO has also announced the company has been nominated for three awards the this year’s edition of the EGR Italy Awards, for Casino Content Supplier, Casino Platform Supplier and Mobile Supplier.
The EGR Italy Awards celebrate the leading names in the industry operating in this European country, highlighting those operators and providers who have shown outstanding performance over a period of 12 months.
The award ceremony will also be held this October, at the Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria Resort in Rome.
Johan Torqvist was ecstatic with these nominations.
He said it was great to once again be nominated for EGR Italy, and added the Italian market was very competitive, so to be counted as one of the best was an achievement in itself. Tornqvist further said Play’n GO was looking forward to the awards ceremony in October.
