Play’n GO Names Magnus Olssen New Sales Director

An award-winning game producer and leading online and land-based casino platform supplier Play’n GO has announced an important move aimed at improving the company’s sales.

Although no “wholesale changes” are planned at this moment, the company is looking to improve its overall sales.

Play’n GO Chief Executive Officer Johan Törnqvist has announced the renowned developer has appointed new sales director. This important role has been given to Magnus Olsson, who’ll be tasked with overseeing the company’s sales and sales and the account management team.

Törnqvist also said that any additional changes weren’t planned for the time being. He stressed the company wasn’t rushing into anything, and that no wholesale changes were an agenda. Play’n GO’s CEO stated the firm was working well, and once again repeated no major changes were expected.

According to Törnqvist, combining these two teams into one represents “the first step in a strategy to focus on getting the most out of the customer-facing departments and to create a globally streamlined sales organisation within the business”. He pointed out that all these changes were aimed at offering a better client experience by bringing together the knowledge and experience of both these sectors. The final result should be a more consistent approach to the way the company operates.

Olsson has a vast industry experience that will definitely represent an invaluable asset to the company. Before joining Play’n GO in January this year, Olsson spent some time in companies such as Hewlett Packard and Juniper Networks, where he was in charge of overseeing sales operations in markets around the world.
