GLI Group Acquires Testing and Compliance Rival NMi
The New Jersey-based iGaming testing, certification and professional services group with offices in the UK, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Canada has announced the purchase of NMi Metrology & Gaming Limited.
Without disclosing the fee behind the acquisition, GLI Group has revealed that NMi will continue to operate under the existing brand, assuring the NMi customers nothing will change for the foreseeable future.
“Customers can expect a ‘business-as-usual’ approach, while also being able to leverage GLI’s global presence to grow and enhance NMi Gaming’s services,” the GLI group stated.
What NMi company and its clients can hope to get is an instant global reach through GLI’s accredited 475 jurisdictions. Customers can expect to be given an even greater level of service and attention from the new owners, the GLI group has confirmed.
GLI purchase NMi
GLI president and CEO James Maida reminds that the company has been going through multiple strategic acquisitions – Bulletproof, Kobetron and Gaming Informatics – and expects the latest purchase will increase the level of customer services that GLI has become renowned for.
“Now, with the acquisition of NMi Gaming, we have created synergies that are beneficial to both NMi and GLI clients and provides additional bandwidth for even greater customer service.”, James Maida said.
NMi officials see the GLI purchase as an excellent opportunity for customers and the company that has been established in1989.
“This is an excellent opportunity for our customers, as this allows us to leverage GLI’s worldwide coverage while retaining the dynamism of our independent operations.”, Andrew Rosewarne from NMi Gaming said.
NMi began their international expansion in 2010 and went on to become a major force in iGaming land-based certification and auditing for the European markets.
