Canada’s INNOVA Gaming Group Announces Contract Extensions with Three Maryland Casinos

INNOVA Gaming Group Inc. has penned a contract extension with Atlantic Bingo Supply Inc. which covers 403 ticket dispensers installed in three bingo halls in the State of Maryland.

The locations covered by the Agreements with Atlantic Bingo, are:

  • Delta Wayson’s Bingo, LLC, operated by Delta Bingo
  • Daily Double, LLC, operated by Delta Bingo
  • Arundel Amusements DBA Bingo World, operated by Bingo World

The game content installed on 403 LT-3 break open ticket dispensers is regulated by Maryland State Lottery & Gaming Control Agency.

Canadian company which provides unique games and products to global gaming industry has strengthened its footprint in Maryland through its wholly owned subsidiary, Diamong Game Enterprises.

Diamond Game was founded in 1994 and maintains its head office and operation headquarters in Los Angeles, California. The company develops, produces, markets and services games, systems and tickets for the gaming industry, particularly in the B2G sector.

Distribution & Dispenser Agreements

Diamond Gaming extended the Distribution/Dispenser Agreements with Atlantic Bingo Supply and will continue to cover the three Maryland casinos for the next three years. The current agreement includes two one-year extension options.

INNOVA Chairman and CEO claims that the extension agreement is just one of a number of considerable growth opportunities that aim to bring benefit to the company and its shareholders.

In the meantime, the latest news should come as wind in the sails for the company’s board of directors and their effort to find alternative transactions of the company’s shares after shareholders were advised to reject Pollard Banknote’s offer.
