888 Appoints Zvika Zivlin as Non-Executive Director
888 Holdings as a company holding several high-profile gambling websites in its highly respectable portfolio have named Zvika Zivlin as a non-executive director.
Zivlin steps in to his new role with immediate effect.
The founder and managing partner of Tulip Capital Partners, Zvika Zivlin is an experienced member of the gambling industry who had also worked with international business across a host of different industries.
Also the executive partner of Well Fargo Securities in Israel and the advisory board member of data storage company Infinidat, Zivka will use his vast experience and expertise to help 888 Holdings push forward with their accelerated growth plans.
Non-executive chairman of 888, Brian Mattingley, is convinced Zvika’s appointment will be of great benefit to the company.
“We are delighted to welcome Zvika to the 888 board; I am confident that his skill set and broad experience will be of considerable benefit to 888 as we continue to grow and develop as a global leader in online gaming.”, he said.
Non-Executive Director Switch
In the meantime, 888 Holdings has confirmed that Amos Pickel decided to step down as a non-executive director. Amos has been with 888 since March 2006 and Brian Mattingley did not miss a chance to thank Amos for his contribution over the past decade.
“Amos has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to 888 throughout a period of significant growth for the company and we wish him well in his future endeavours.”, Mattingley added.
Concluding the senior staff changes and announcements, 888 Holding earlier last week confirmed two senior executive promotions with Yaniv Schwartz and Yaniv Sherman taking on specialist functions within the company.
Schwartz has been appointed Head of Group Customer Risk Management, whereas Sherman has been assigned the role of new Senior VP Head of Group Commercial Development.
